Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Initial Payment: The initial payment is non-refundable.
  • Subscription Cancellation: Full refund if canceled within three days of the monthly subscription or renewal. Refunds are issued up to 15 days after the annual subscription. Cancellation is also possible at any moment.
  • Duplicate Payment: If the same subscription is charged more than once, a complete refund will be issued.
  • Service Downtime: If the platform is unavailable for more than 48 hours, you may request a 5% refund.

2. Cases Where Refunds are Not Applicable

  • After a three-day monthly subscription and a fifteen-day annual subscription.
  • In the event that policies or conditions of service are broken.
  • In the event that a government law or policy is broken.
  • Reduced subscriptions, trial periods, or promotional discounts.
  • Specialized services or special setup costs.
  • If a natural disaster causes the service to be suspended.
  • Because of the user's personal issues.
  • In the event that the user engages in any form of misbehavior.

3. Refund Process

  • Application Process: To get a refund, please email your payment, order ID, and problem description to [email protected].
  • Information Verification: Our team will verify your application and assess eligibility.
  • Refund Payment: Your approved refund will be sent back within 7-14 business days.

4. Refund Process Method

Refunds are generally processed through the following methods:

  • Transfer to bank account
  • Mobile banking services (e.g. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.)
  • Note: Any banking or mobile banking fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the customer.
